Hi there, my name is Bob, one of my interests is to try and keep all parts of my body healthy. I have a morning routine that includes eye exercises, neck exercises, stretching and leg exercises. I have taught these movement s to my family and some friends so everyone can feel improved health. I hope that my writings will inspire you to do some form of exercise each day on your way to a healthier body.
I really enjoy life with my pets. My wife and I travel with our two little dogs and manage to find hotels and motels that allow dogs. One of my passions is to write about pets and how to take care of them so no animal goes without love.
