Cassandra Lea Wilson

Raised in London, Ontario, Canada, Cassandra graduated from the University of Calgary in 1996 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, and minor in Psychology.

She traveled overseas, teaching and living in South Korea, Thailand, and Norway, from 1997-2001.

After moving to Vancouver, Canada, in 2002, she began years of private study in tandem with a real estate career. She volunteered with Brock Tully, creator of Music on the Beach, Porridge for the Soul and The World Kindness Concerts. Freda Clark, a well-known educator from Montreal, Canada, and an elder in her community taught her healing body movement from the Feldenkrais Method and Alexander Technique. In 2003, she began studying with South African Desiree McCullough, learning Chakra systems, Yoga, Rebirthing, and Reiki. From 2005 until 2007 she worked with Marise Fennell of Crystal Clear coaching, based in Hawaii, then Paul Scott (Living Vision Retreats) in Personal Transformation.

Cassandra writes books on emotional healing, emotional health, emotions for kids and well-being. She practices yoga and is studying her Holistic Nutritionist Certification.
