If any of your readers are searching for a Brazilian beer name for a dog, we have a few good ones. (Not beers, we have many, many of those.) One beer name is Brahma, an excellent choice for a blond dog that is not too heavy, maybe a Cocker Spaniel. The second name is Xingu (the X is pronounced like a ch or sh here in Brazil so the name sounds like Shingu). It is a dark beer, more suited for a heavy dog like a Cane Corso or Neopolitan Mastiff.

I like Guiness myself. Best name for a Kerry Blue Terrier?

Hey Dr. Mark - Thanks for the great dog name suggestions! For the Kerry Blue Terrier, I am going to have to go with Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout, from North Coast Brewing company. They share the same beard lol.

I would never want to call a dog Putin. The Russian government still sees all, knows all. Their president might be offended!
