Be still our hearts! We seriously can't handle this adorableness. The goat reminds us of a little kid, always going back for more because they're having so much fun. It puts the biggest smile on our faces.
The only thing that would make our smile bigger is if we had goats ourselves. Goats have typically associated with an agricultural lifestyle, but they getting more and more popular as pets. This could be due to their gentleness and social nature. Not to mention they're downright adorable.
So why should you consider getting a goat as your next pet? Surprisingly enough, goats can be as tame, loyal, smart, and affectionate as dogs. But unlike dogs, goats are low-maintenance, outdoor pets. Plus, they're relatively inexpensive to raise. If you already have foliage in your yard, they can live on that, although it is recommended to supplement the outdoor space with grain, hay, and mineral salt lick.
Goats have vivid personalities and are great with kids. These animals could be a great decision for your child to grow up with since they can live up to 20 years. That's it, we're convinced - adding goats to our animal wishlist!
