St. Regis Hotel in Aspen Has Its Own Resident Bernese Mountain Dog
If you're a Bernese Mountain Dog living at an Aspen, Colorado hotel, you're going to see your fair share of snowfall. This dog named Kitty is ready to prove it! He and his owner celebrated the season's first snowfall with a romp around the grounds of the St. Regis hotel, and it's paw-sitively adorable.
It took us only a second or two to realize just how much this Berner loves the snow (hint: it's a lot), but once we saw it, we couldn't get enough! Kitty Jacob Astor II is, without a doubt, a snow dog.
We want to go exploring with Kitty! He seems like such a joyful, curious adventure buddy, even if he's just roaming the hotel grounds he's used to. Honestly, we'd hang out with Kitty just about anywhere!
Commenter @gracieandmagnolia was completely on point when they called Aspen "Berner Heaven." Between the snow and all the other pups to play with, we bet Kitty never has a boring day! In fact, one quick look through @kittythebernese tells us that that's precisely the case. From greeting guests to taking in Colorado's splendor--this pup does it all!
We got a major laugh from Kitty's taste test of the snow, mostly because we've wanted to do the very same thing! Whether he had to indulge his curiosity or "make sure the snow is safe," like @wildsidedoggear said, he sure did it! This pup lives life to the fullest, that's for sure!
