Candace Cameron Bure Mourns Loss of Beloved Rottweiler in Touching Tribute
Hallmark and Full House star Candace Cameron Bure posted a sad message on Instagram, Monday, August 22, that her beloved Rottweiler Boris has sadly passed.
The star shared the following tribute to her account.
In a social media tribute video on Instagram titled "In Loving Memory of Boris," the actress shared photos of the big dog from when he was just a small puppy, including a sweet clip of Boris running as a puppy.
The post reads, in part, "Life isn’t the same without you Boris. You will forever be with us in our hearts and memories- you brought us so much love, protection and joy. You were such a special boy. Our hearts will never get over you. Now go run with Emma, Sydney, Gianna, Lola and Samson my sweet Bobo."
Instagram user were so saddened by this news and @Jen comments, "Oh I am so sorry. I know you must be in a world of pain because he’s the only friend’s dog’s name I know. Sending prayers for lots of bright moments in this sad season." @Maria adds, "I’m crying here. I’m so sorry for your loss. I love seeing him in your IG lives and posts. This is a beautiful tribute to him. Our furry family members are so special and missed in a unique way that sometimes feels like it should be called a different grief pain. My heart breaks for you all and rest in peace beautiful Boris."
Bure authored a children's book entitled Candace's Playful Puppy about a little girl who adopts a puppy from an animal shelter in 2021.
