TV Watcher Points Out Funny Moment When the Cat on 'Modern Family' Is Acting Like a Typical Cat

How did we not notice this before?!

We’re so thankful social media has shown us that all pets are the same. We would’ve otherwise thought it was only our cats who ran the household, but as it turns out, all cats act like royalty. Famous or not, cats will still do whatever they want.

And that’s evident from TikTok user @annnkhalil’s August 18 clip. She was rewatching an episode of “Modern Family” when she noticed the cat in the show getting into some shenanigans in the background. How did we not notice this before?!

O.M.G. We shouldn’t even be surprised at this point. This is typical cat behavior! It’s funny because we laugh about it when it’s not our cat, but if this happened in our house we would’ve thrown a fit. Guess cats can get away with more when they're famous. LOL!

As hilarious as this is, we hope everyone knows not to let your cat steal a burrito if you can help it. We know it's sometimes impossible since cats are swift little things. Whoever said only human parents need eyes in the back of their heads clearly never owned a cat before.

Luckily, there are plenty of safe human foods cats can eat which will be a much better option than a burrito. Although, they might not see it that way. LOL! You want to make sure to only give cats these foods on occasion and in very small quantities. Asparagus, carrots, broccoli, green beans, peas, pumpkin, and spinach are all acceptable vegetables that cats can eat. As far as fruit goes, you can feed cats apples, bananas, blackberries, blueberries, cantaloupes, and watermelon. Research each fruit and veggie to find out how to prepare it before giving it to your cat.

Other foods cats can eat include different types of grains, meat, fish, and eggs. If you're ever unsure whether or not you can treat your cat to a certain human food, check with your vet.
