Woman’s Parody of Different Dog Breeds Celebrating Thanksgiving Together Is Cracking Everybody Up
Thanksgiving is a day of celebration with family and friends that many of us look forward to...it's my favorite holiday! If you're a pawrent, you might also include your fur babies as well in the festivities, something that many consider a must.
I'm a huge fan of veterinarian Dr. Molly Brinkmann, because she shares hilarious videos of how she thinks different dog breeds would react in different situations, and she's usually spot on! In this video that she shared on Saturday, November 23rd, she shows us all a funny parody of how different dog breeds would react when they arrive for Thanksgiving dinner, and she nailed it once again!
All of these dogs could sit at my Thanksgiving table! I love that Dr. Brinkmann changes up her outfits, hair, and - most importantly - attitude with each dog breed. Hundreds of others agreed, and left comments on Brinkmann's video.
Hands down, people agreed that Molly nailed each dogs' personality, but what was funny is that they loved Spicy Cat even more. @HCG said, "Spicy cat is just…perfect!" and @mae added, "I always knew I was a spicey cat LOL!" When it came to comments about the dogs, @mariah202025 said what many of us were thinking, "Not the Lab eating a candle! We love them but question every move." I couldn't agree more with @Marica West-Heald when she said, "The Pittie being the bestest hostess is spot on! They are the sweetest babies!"
Safe Treats for Your Fur Babies Can Enjoy During the Holidays
Many of us eat, drink, and be merry during the holiday season...and that's okay! This time of the year is perfect for indulging and treating yourself, your family, and your fur babies. But too much of a good thing isn't always a 'treat'. Stick with one-ingredient foods that they may not normally get, like fruits and veggies, or a piece of cooked, unseasoned chicken or turkey. These are safe option to offer to them. I know my dog never turns them down!
If an expensive trip to the vet is not on your holiday to-do list, skip treats that you don't normally give them (or have never given them before) and instead opt for non-food gifts. A new fetch toy, a tug of war rope, or a chew toy are all very popular, and worth considering if you're treating your pooch this holiday season.
But we all know that we don't have to spend a penny to make our pups happy. All it really takes is our time; take them out for a long walk, go outside and play fetch, or put on a Christmas movie and snuggle up with them for a family movie night. All they really want is our undivided attention, and it's such an easy gift to give!
