Gorgeous Grey Owl Recorded in Yellowstone Is an Incredible Sight To See

He's so majestic!

Have you ever come across a photo or video that takes your breath away? That's what happened when I saw this video that @isaacspicz shared on Instagram in mid-October, and I could watch it all day!

The video shows an absolutely gorgeous grey owl in Yellowstone National Park who's just hanging out watching the autumn leaves fall. It looks like he yawns at the beginning of the video...I wonder if he's ready for a nap! Make sure your sound is up - the music really makes the video even more special.

I actually saved @isaacspicz video because it's so calming and soothing. Next time I'm stressed out, I'm going to watch it. I loved this video and the only thing I would change about it would be for it to be longer!

Commenters had the same feelings about the video that I did. @wildwatchtower said it best, "This is breathtaking man." @bethie1124 said, "So cool, looks like it yawned" and Isaac replied, "He did!" @rachshell pointed out, "Wow, so amazing to see him looking up at the falling leaves". I totally agree with @motabone who shared, "Stunning. I could watch your videos hundreds of times and never get enough." @kellyhayesreed added, "Beautiful! Love the music you choose. Really enhances your gorgeous photography." I couldn't agree more!

Owls are incredibly beautiful predators, and I could watch them all day. We have one that visits occasionally, and anytime I see him I stop whatever I'm doing just to see what he's up to. While it may seem like an owl would be a cool pet to have, many people agree that that's not really the case. They're solitary animals and are not social. They also like to hunt, and that makes feeding them a little more difficult than feeding a parrot or other bird. I'll just continue to enjoy watching them from afar!
