Adorable Kitten Standing Up Like a Little Human Is Breaking the Internet
If there's one thing that people on TikTok all love, it's animal videos...especially baby animal videos. @ghervia shared an adorable video in October 2023 and it immediately went viral, and once you see it, you'll understand why.
The video is only 15 seconds long, but it's cuteness overload. It shows an awkward view from above of a little orange tabby kitten standing up on its hind legs like a little human. It swats one of its siblings as it walks by, then another walks by the one standing and knocks it over. It looked so cute just standing there like a toddler standing for the first time!
The ridiculously cute kitten made @ghervia's video go crazy viral. I watch and write about TikToks all day long, and this video might be the most viral video I've seen this year (and maybe ever). It has over 51 million views, more than 11 million likes, and almost 80 thousand comments. To say people loved it would be an understatement!
Commenters loved the adorable orange tabby cat as much as I did. Many people likened it to the TikTok famous El Gato. @Omar got 164 thousand likes for his comment, "This might be El Gato" and @Daemon added, "No one is going to replace El Gato". @Kai pointed out, "He looks like he did something wrong but doesn't wanna admit it"! @Jules swooned, "His little belly omg!!!!" @Penelope tagged a friend and shouted, "IT'S SO CUTE I WANT IT"!
Hopefully we'll get to see more of this cute kitten. I wonder if it stands like this all the time or if it was a one off? Guess we'll never know and just have to enjoy these 15 seconds of cuteness.
