Orphaned Baby Kangaroo Excited for Her Bottle Is Cuteness Overload

The rescue is caring for 8 young joeys.

Sometimes, sadly, baby kangaroos are orphaned and there are thankfully rescue organizations who step in to help raise these joeys until they can be released back into the wild.

One such rescue is the the TikTok account for @Kangala_ rescue who shared an amazingly adorable video of one of their orphaned kangaroos who is so excited to get one of her daily bottles. This is just too cute.

The video description reads, "This gorgeous baby kangaroo girl just cant wait for her bottle. We currently have 8 young joeys on bottles, needing 4 feeds each a day here at the Kangala animal rescue centre."

Some of the reasons that joeys get orphaned in Australia include their mamas being killed in road accidents, hunting, disease, and environmental factors like drought or bushfires.Orphaned kangaroos face significant hardships in the wild, as they depend on their mothers for nourishment, protection, and guidance. Without help from rescue organizations, their chances of survival decrease significantly.

People can't get enough of these adorable babies and @Lia says, "My heart is melting." Ours too! @Caroline adds, "Okay well I'm moving to Australia if this means I can pet little cutie pies like her and her brother. Any jobs available as well?" Yes, we all want jobs working with these babies, thank you! @Wolfman adds, "Very sweet and cute little baby." @Vicki adds, "I wasn’t ready for all this cuteness."

One user said they would soon be moving to Australia and asked if they could ever volunteer and the rescue replied, "Yes, we are a wildlife rescue centre, sanctuary & charity." Welp, get your passports ready, looks like we are all moving to Australia!
