Dog Dad Has the Sweetest Way of Making Sure Handicapped Dog Can Play
All dogs need enrichment to be happy and healthy, including pups who no longer have the use of their legs. In a video posted on August 26, a sweet dog owner shows how he makes sure his handicapped pup is still able to play.

The video, posted by TikTok user @Dane_131313, shows a man holding a little pup and running after the family Bulldog, and the sweet guy's little legs are moving like he is running himself! The video description explains that "Our boy Otis is handicapped but still wants to play."
TikTok users are so touched by this sweet video and @Melissa comments, "This is the most amazing, heart warming, loving thing I have ever seen! I laughed and cried at the same time! You are an amazing human." @Stephanie adds, "Wonderful! That dog got blessed with that family for sure." @Andrea says, "He is running! Look at his legs! They just won’t work if you put him down. It's just so sweet. If your dog no longer has the use of their legs, you can make sure they have their own enrichment using puzzle feeders, by exposing them to new sounds, textures or smells, by walking them in a doggy wheelchair or stroller, and by modifying games and activities to your dog's own special abilities. Like chasing the other family dog around the yard while you hold your dog!
Our dogs give us so much, love, companionship, and joy. We should always do the same for them even if they are no longer able to run.
