Moment Parrot Tells Mom She Missed Her After Vacation Is Too Sweet
We don't know about all the pet parents out there, but we can't go a day on vacation without thinking about our pets. We miss them every second of every day when we're not with them. If only there was a way to know that they miss us just as much.
Well, as it turns out, some animals can verbally tell us they miss us. That's what happened with this bird known on TikTok as @cosmothefunnyparrot. She told her mom exactly how she felt and it's beyond adorable.
Aww, be still our hearts! We can't get over how sweet this parrot is saying how much she missed her mom. This is a great example of why pets are better than kids. They're not afraid to say they missed us when we go on vacation. Kids on the other hand act like they didn't even know we were gone. LOL!
"Must be so hard to be away from Cosmo! She's basically human so it's like being away from your child," said @j3sstice. Every pet is like having a child. You have to feed them, pick up after them, and find someone to babysit them while you're gone. LOL! @sloop_kogel added, "If you ever need a babysit, we are Cosmo fans!" We'll gladly become a babysitter for this sweetie!
Cosmo is an African Grey Parrot, which is widely considered to be one of the most intelligent birds in the world. That's probably why Cosmo was able to express her feelings. These parrots love to talk and play. It's important to play with them on a daily basis as they can get easily bored. So if you're ever going away, have someone watch them and keep them company.
