Pug Tries His Hardest to Blend in at Bernese Mountain Dog Meetup but Fails in the Cutest Way
Sometimes you just want to be like the cool kids. And for one pug on the internet, the cool kids are a bunch of Bernese Mountain Dogs. The Pug really wanted to blend in at a recent Bernese Mountain Dog meetup. So he had to go undercover.
Don't worry, Winston. Your Bernese Mountain Dog brother Buddy will cover for you. The dog's owner didn't want the Pug to feel left out at the meeting. So they dressed him up in costume to help him seem like one of the gang.
Everyone be cool and don't say anything. Winston is trying to be like one of the other Bernese Mountain Dogs at the meeting. He walked around in the tiniest Berner costume. The Pug might be less than half the size of the other dogs around him, but we think he nailed the look.
"No one suspected anything," Winston's owner joked in the video.
No one in the comments section suspected a thing. "Wait, there was a pug in that video?" joked one person. "Hello my fellow Bernese Mountain Dogs!" teased another account. "I see a bunch of full grown and one baby Bernese Mountain doggies," chimed in another commenter. "Where’s the Pug? I don’t get the caption there’s no Pug," added someone else.
Smallest Dog Breeds
Little Pug, you need to be proud of your short stature! You're in good company. There are lots of small dog breeds that make wonderful pets. Here are just a few breeds that will be your tiny BFF:
Toy Poodles are tiny. Very tiny. These dogs won't even grow more than 10 inches tall and can sometimes look like an actual toy. In fact, you'll need to watch where you step because you might trip over your pet.
Pomeranians are another petit pup that love to keep their humans company. These dogs also have huge personalities. They're spunky, assertive, and strong. So they need an equally strong owner who can reign them in.
Another spunky dog is the Yorkshire Terrier. Yorkies usually top out at anywhere from 18 to 20 cm tall. Your Yorkie will be both your shadow and your biggest protector. Don't mistake their small size for a lack of courage. A Yorkie will take on any threat — even one that it's more than double its size.
If you love a dog with a lot of hair, Shih Tzus might be the dog for you. They're the perfect cuddle pal and are happiest spending the night with you hanging out on the couch.
So there you have it, Winston. You might not be a big dog like your brother, but you definitely have pint-sized pals.
