Rescuers Race to Save Tiny Kitten Who'd Been Stuck on an Overpass for a Week
A tiny black kitten was recently saved after being trapped on an overpass for over a week and no one can even figure out how the poor thing got up there.
Watch the following amazing heroic rescue of this sweet little kitty posted by TikTok user @Caeralee1980.
The video description reads, "This little kitten has been stuck on the underside of the overpass for almost a week. Several attempts to get it failed until fire and rescue came to the rescue!" What a heroic rescue! People are cheering this entire situation and @Natural posts, "No food or water for a week, unless there’s been rain water to drink! It’s been so hot…thank God for the rescuers!" Amen to that! Another user comments, "Yeah fire department to the rescue!!! Thank you guys for caring so much!!! Fire fighters rock!" @Sarah saucily adds, "Firemen and cats. These are a few of my favorite things!" LOL! @SB responds, "Now THIS is a great use of tax dollars."
The video creator explained that "My daughter brought it to the vet and it’s so malnourished they couldn’t estimate age or sex." So many people asked how it got up there to begin with and the creator said, "I THINK it fell through the crack from top side. It moved around a bit on that little ledge." They did post an update of the kitten.
This will make kitty number 5 for this wonderful human. We are so thankful this little guy is okay and he now has a caring forever home. We just hope he stays far away from bridges!
