Saint Bernedoodle's Funny Reaction to His New Home Is Priceless
Many pets are creatures of habit, but dogs can be extra particular about their daily routines. After all, keeping a consistent schedule can help a pup find a sense of normalcy, even during important life changes.
Still, giving your dog dinner and a walk at the same time every day won't make them forget about something as big as moving homes. Just take it from @howlatthemoony_ the Saint Bernedoodle! Moony and his family have moved into a beautiful new home, but he's not fully convinced it's his home yet!
Aww, Moony! It's understandable why this handsome guy would be a bit nervous in an unfamiliar place, but we're sure he'll get used to the new house soon. Still, not everyone reacts to change the same way!
@Upekaanusari suggested bringing Moony and his belongings to the new house at the same time, so he can see that his dog bed and food will be somewhere new. Honestly, that's a good idea!
Moony's owner told the commenter that the pup had been travelling between the old and new houses throughout the moving process, so the sweet poodle mix probably assumed they'd return to the old house again. When this massive dog realizes how great his new home is, though, it won't matter one bit!
Commenter @jinshei advised, "It took our dog a month before she believed we were staying," so it might just be a waiting game for this Saint Bernedoodle's family. After taking a few walks and returning to the house, he'll begin to get the idea!
