Precious Shelter Dogs Become 'Roomates' After Forming an Instant Connection

And now they need a home!

Despite all of the sad shelter dog videos you see online and in commercials, not every moment in the shelter is full of fear and sadness. Many adoptable dogs make friends with the shelter volunteers and even with the other four-legged residents!

As you can imagine, friendships formed in the shelter are as special as they come. These canine besties become a source of comfort and joy to one another, and if they're lucky, they'll even get to share a kennel while they wait for their forever homes. Just take it from Snowflake and Phoenix!

These two young dogs met in playgroup at Bradshaw Animal Shelter in Sacramento, California, and they were upgraded to roommates shortly after. In a November 16 TikTok video, they're seen cuddling up together despite having separate beds!

OMG--these two shelter dogs couldn't possibly be cuter! The way they're waiting by the door together is enough to melt any heart, and when Snowflake settled in on top of Phoenix's booty, I could hardly contain myself. I just want to give them both a big hug and a fuzzy blanket for their favorite spot to sleep!

As many commenters like @emileecauley mentioned, these canine best friends would be adopted together in a perfect world. She pleaded, "Someone please take these two babies together, and give them all the love in the world." Please do! If they show each other this much affection and love, just think of how sweet they'll be to a loving and dedicated owner.

Currently, 1`year-old mixed-breed Phoenix (a female) and 6-month-old Pit Bull Snowflake (a male) are waiting patiently at @bradshawanimalshelter for their perfect human to find them. While they can be adopted separately, nothing would compare to the joy of keeping these besties together--even in a canine foster home!

I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for these sweet pups, but I know their Happily Ever After is just around the corner.
