My fourteen-year-old dog vomited last night and this morning, and since she was adopted her last year, I do not know history. She is not eating and is acting lethargic. What should I do?

A senior dog can have several problems, so she needs to be seen and have her blood tested as soon as possible. Has she been spayed? It could be Pyometra. It could be cancer. She might have a kidney disease. Take her in for an exam as soon as possible.
