My older Lab does not get along with my new puppy. They are okay with people. What can I do to make them get along?

You cannot make a dog like another any more than you can force two kids to like each other. The best you can do is not shower attention on your new puppy so that your older dog does not get jealous, and as the dogs spend a lot of time together, they should eventually become used to each other. As long as the Lab is not hurting the puppy, do not worry about it. The Lab will most likely put up with the puppy. He may or may not become friends.
