Unless, you have changed her diet recently or she ate something new, really soft stools/diarrhea in mother dogs is something you may want to report to the vet, especially if it appears to be persisting. Has she been de-wormed? Sometimes, after the stress of giving birth, encysted parasites can be activated which can lead to diarrhea post-partum. You should have a stool sample checked by your vet to exclude this possibility. The raised temperature may or may not be a problem depending on how raised it is. A slight elevation may be normal due to being in an enclosed area with padding and being covered with a litter of warm bodies, but anything over 102.7 should be investigated by a vet.
