There could be many reasons for this. Location can be one reason, but you have tried to move the dish. My cats tend to 'scratch' the surface of the water before drinking. This would dump their bowl every single time. I ended up getting a large dog dish with a rubber piece along the bottom frame to keep it in place. I have not had another mishap since. You might also want to check to see if things are getting into the water, or if they don't like the taste (maybe filtered would work in that case). Another thing you might do is place the dish in a medium sized tote. Be sure she can get into the tote. This will prevent a mess if and when she tips the dish. Also, I noticed you said bottle, perhaps the bottle is the problem. I would move to a dish to see how she does. I hope these things help you.
