Still Can't Find a Name?

It's okay if you're struggling with naming. It's hard to find a name that fits right away. Try letting yourself get to know your guinea pig. Find out their personality.

  • Is your guinea pig loud and spunky?
  • Is your guinea pig fast and wild?
  • What does your guinea pig remind you of?

Answer these questions to describe your guinea pig and come closer to a name that will be a good fit. If you're stuck between names, maybe have your guinea pig help decide. Write the names on index cards and set them around the room. Whichever index card your guinea pig touches first has the name that you should name them. However, ultimately it is up to you. Good luck!
